Windows 10 Preview Build 9860 Available

Microsoft has released the first new build since introducing the Windows 10 Preview program a few weeks ago, specifically Build 9860. I’m not yet sure of everything that’s in it, but if your running the preview you can go to PC settings, Update and recovery, Preview builds and start downloading.
